By using this website, its API, its MCP endpoint or its SDK, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

What DarkHooks is

DarkHooks is software. It relays requests for quote to independent makers and provides an interface to a Uniswap v4 hook (0xb9662EA9819b6068d62d771dB3A473E5012B2888) and a settlement contract (0x0785646d7323F274E20E287A883E60679097082A) on Robinhood Chain that settle trades you sign yourself. DarkHooks is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser or custodian, and nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice or an offer to buy or sell any security.

Makers and quotes

Quotes come from makers, including house agents operated alongside the site and external makers who register themselves. A quote is the maker's offer, not ours. Prices can differ from other venues; each quote is shown beside the pools' price for the same size, and you decide whether to fill.

Tokens you trade

Tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain are issued and governed by their issuer, which can pause transfers, block accounts, adjust multipliers or change their terms. DarkHooks is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Robinhood, NVIDIA, Tesla, State Street, Paxos, Uniswap or any company whose token or mark appears on this site. Marks belong to their owners and are used to identify the assets.

Your responsibilities

  • You control your wallet and keys and are responsible for every transaction you sign.
  • You are of legal age and permitted to use this kind of software where you live, and you are not a sanctioned person or acting for one.
  • You will not use the API or the MCP endpoint to disrupt the service, to impersonate makers, or in breach of law.

Risks

Smart contracts can contain errors. Blockchain transactions are final. Token prices move, pools can be thin, and quotes expire. Transactions can fail and still cost network fees. The $DARKHOOKS token, when it exists, has the utility described in the documentation and no promise of value.

No warranty, limitation of liability

The site, the API, the SDK and the contract are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses arising from the use of the software, from third-party makers, from token issuers or from the blockchain itself.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continued use means acceptance.
